Ordering Information
You may place an order online by clicking on "Add to your Cart" button.
Click "Calculate" to confirm your purchase.

Payments
Accepted means of payment include PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery Card.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of your purchase.
All information sent over the internet is encrypted for security purposes.
We will not charge you Sales Tax if your purchase is being shipped outside of Florida, paying local Sales Tax where you live is your responsibility. Florida customers will pay 6% Sales Tax.
If you are paying with a credit card we will be able to ship only to your Billing Address. Please, do not make a payment if your requested Shipping Address does not match your Billing Address or is not on file with your bank. If these conditions are not followed WE WILL NOT SHIP.
If you are paying with PayPal, please note that we will ONLY ship to the address on the payment.
International Payments
We do not accept international credit cards and credit cards with billing addresses outside the US. If you live outside of the US, please use PayPal to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account you can easily open it at www.paypal.com.

Shipping Options
Domestic:
We ship via FedEx. FedEx Ground shipping takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your proximity to Florida. Other domestic shipping options available are FedEx 2nd Business Day and FedEx Priority Overnight 10:30 Guarantee, where available. If the requested shipping mode to your destination is not available we will select the alternative closest to it cost wise and speed wise. Domestic shipping to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes will be done via Priority Mail. AK, HI and PR may incur additional shipping charges. All packages will have a tracking # and will be insured for the amount of transaction.
International:
Canada and Mexico:
Priority Mail International Fixed Rate Box - $30.00 for the first item, $2.00 more for each additional item up to the box volume capacity. Delivery within 5 - 10 business days. All packages will have a tracking number and will be insured for the amount of transaction.
Express Mail/EMS - $45.00 for the first unit, $10.00 more for each additional unit. Delivery within 3 - 7 business days. All packages will have a tracking number and will be insured for the amount of transaction.
Countries other than Canada and Mexico:
Express Mail/EMS - $45.00 for the first item, $10.00 more for each additional unit. Delivery within 3 - 7 business days. All packages will have a tracking number and will be insured for the amount of transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse shipments to particular countries known for fraudulent activities if we choose so. We will not ship to the countries not insured by PayPal (there are very few of those).
Please note that international customers are responsible for the duties and taxes in their respective countries. We have no way to know what, if any, taxes are charged in your particular country, so check with your customs before you order to avoid surprises. In Canada our harnesses are Duty Free if HTS CA 8544.42.1000 tariff code is used.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from CarKitHarness.com , you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to CarKitHarness.com . This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We will also charge you a 15% Restocking Fee.
We do not offer Saturday delivery or local pick up.
Returns and Exchanges
Our wire harnesses carry lifetime warranty and will be exchanged at any time, however the refund period is limited by 90 days from the moment you ordered. The wire harnesses we did not manufacture carry a one year manufacturer’s warranty. If the harness did not fit your car or did not work we will exchange it or issue a full refund (less shipping charges) to the same credit card or PayPal account you used to pay for it. The credit should appear on your account within 7 business days once we receive the item(s) back. The following conditions void the warranty: the harness can not be cut, spliced or otherwise damaged. It has to have all parts that it came with originally, returned. Again, shipping charges are not refundable and refund will be made to the same card or PayPal account you paid with.
To return the item for an exchange or a refund, please make a copy of your original Invoice and enclose it in the box with the item. Without a receipt we will not know who sent it and for what. Please, write a short note explaining why you are exchanging or returning the item. We may contact you with some additional questions, so please have your e-mail address or a phone number on record with us.
